This is so very unacceptable. This man should not be allowed near women at all. Shocking attitude! He is a disgrace to his office.

I hope this legislator has apologized for this remark. Surely he can't really believe this. Women and girls are human beings with autonomy. May the women in his life remind him of this. www.stoppatriarchy.org

Really. The man gets all the Power. Not the sexual pleasure this guy seems to think.

It's pretty bad we need a petition like this to stop this from happening.

Oh, look, another reason to not waste tourist dollars in New Hampshire. Up until now it was simply that the US isn't safe anymore but this really is the cherry on top.

In no way shape or form are those comments acceptable. He should be ashamed of himself. His parents should be ashamed of themselves for raising someone who would make those comments.

now is NH's chance to prove we give a damn about our neighbors, colleagues, friends, family, and fellow new hampshirites. it's bad enough our constituents elected this rape apologist, it's time that we act responsibly. we need to reach out and help the women, men, and families affected by this rape-excusing behavior and cavalier mentality towards a serious violation.

What a sick individual. Rape is more about power than sex. No one deserves to be raped and no one should say it is ok for any reason.

As an advocate for domestic and sexual violence and a resident of New Hampshire this saddens me to see that some of our state representative's are condoning such an awful crime and not giving the the funding for the domestic and sexual violence services.
