It's pretty damn disgusting how victims of sexual assault are treated. The perpetrator's views ought to be disregarded on the spot - there is no excuse for rape or sexual harassment. This ruins the lives of women (and men in some cases) who have been the victim of assault but the amount of cases letting the rapist walk away are increasing.
