Northern is ridiculous. Regardless girls are going to wear what they wanna wear and guys are still gonna look. It's apart of life you can't change that

This is an issue of gender discrimination, of the sort that should be absolutely impermissible in contemporary society. It is an unfair policy enacted for a terrible reason. Best of luck in getting this overturned.

I don't understand why you guys decide to change the rules now I have been going to northern for a year now and am never have thought or been distracted by a females dress code is males are not there to look at girls we are there to receive an education so I don't understand why the females have to change there dress code now

I do not agree with the new dress policy because young males will always look at young ladies in that kind of way. Nothing will ever be different. Please don't ruin it for the girls .

I think all girls should be able to show there personality with what they wear. It's not fair for us to not be able to wear leggings in school.

Why is this even a thing? If a girl wants to wear shorts, leggings, a dress, a skirt or whatever let her do it! How is she hurting anyone with her appearance???

I didn't realize the bottoms of our legs would turn guys on. I don't care if I get suspended or expelled because I'm wearing my damn leggings when I'm not feeling good or skinny jeans if I want to look nice. if you get aroused over a girls pants you should get checked out because you are making my senior year horrible. and for the new principle, I hate you and this dress code.

Us girls should be allowed to express our personalities through what we wear, & boys shouldn't stop that. We should wear what we feel comfortable in & what makes us feel beautiful. :)

We should not lesson the option of what a girl should wear just because boys are to immature to focus and not see them as a sex object. Instead of teaching girls a "right" way to dress, how about you teach your boys some respect.
