The new NFL clear bag policy is sexist. Women are being discriminated against by the NFL. Normally, men have larger hands than women and therefore can bring in a clutch bigger than can a woman. Women also tend to have baby products with them and these items won't fit in the new, very small bags. This new policy also doesn't allow for medical items that might be smaller than an oxygen tank or wheelchair, but too large to fit into the new bags.
