Blueway and Midtown Avenues could benefit from traffic lights as well! Very dangerous to try and make a left turn on to Nexton Parkway from these roads.

PLEASE put in stop lights especially at nexton parkway/midtown ave and nexton parkway/ blueway ave. There are accidents all the time. It's extremely dangerous and people just pass on a curve and ignore the solid yellow lines.

I have called Berkeley County offices about this same issue and was told widened Nexton Parkway and traffic lights would be added when traffic volume indicates the need. We can’t get out of Del Webb Nexton most times of the day in either direction. The traffic situation is already untenable and causing us to consider leaving the area.

We recommend and prefer rotaries/traffic circles that will keep traffic moving rather than stopping it. An intersection with a rotary can handle more traffic, reduce accidents, and decrease vehicle pollution.

My family and I have had some very close calls and impatient drivers causing unsafe conditions due to turning left out of our neighborhood (Midtown). Please, before someone gets hurt or worse, install a traffic light to help ensure the safety of our community.

We bought here because Nexton is supposed to be such a well-planned community, but the traffic is a hazard. Thousands of people from the Cane Bay/Moncks Corner/Goose Creek area use Nexton Parkway routinely in their commute to access the interstate. Making a left turn onto the parkway is taking a chance with your life.
