I was walking by the vacant lot on Grand today and honestly it just looks like such a wasted opportunity for fresh groceries while these neighbors have to drive so far away for basic staples. I have been trying to get a response from the council office but they are basically ghosting me which is frustrating because the people here clearly want options and better access for the whole area.

I honestly cannot believe how many people have jumped on board with this idea for the Grand Street spot. It started as just a thought I had while stuck in traffic nearby and now it feels like a genuine movement that the council simply has to acknowledge.

YES PLEASE. We need more grocery options in this area, the current ones are always packed and overpriced.

Finally some development on this side of town. The property value might actually start going up.
