Dry your eyes and get behnd the amalgamation instead of slating a So called failing school. in Knockbreda . As far as i can see aññ of you behing the proposal are not thiinking of the pupils But of yourselves .

My daughter is doing her A levels at Newtownbreda at the minute and it's a great school that's working very well , she actually left a grammar school to go to Newtownbreda because she was so unhappy there - Wellington College

All the hard work the staff, pupils and parents have put in has gone totally unnoticed. This school is thriving and deserves to be supported as they go from strength to strength.

To many schools are closing which can only be bad for the area. Any schools left will have to many pupils and be oversubscribed.

Great school and if they close it where do they expect the children from belvoir/newtownbreda/drumbo and surrounding areas to go. Why close a successful school??!!!

Please keep this school open, not only is this school a preferred choice by many over other schools, the feedback on educational achievement / GCSE results are high unlike other schools. This move would cause major disruption to the young people attending it and will impact on their expected grades
