I feel it would not be in the interest of our children to let this happen. I have seen newtownbreda go from strength to strength, through the hard of theiteachers.

As an ex pupil with generations if my family passing through the school n with the hope that more generations would attend the school it would be sad to see the school go. As for present effects i do not see the benefit for Newtownbreda or knockbreda in this proposal.

Hi,
im a pupil at newtownbreda high school and i think this is bad, i was hoping to stay on for 6th year and upper 6th year but if my school joins knockbreda in the middle of me doing my gcse's or A levels i dont think i could handle it.
So please reconsider because no one likes it.

My daughters attend this school and I as a parent think the wrong decision has been made by the Minister. Why change a 'good' school?

As i live in England it is neither here nor there,as my kids wont be going to Newtownbreda but as an ex pupil myself this is going to be a waste of a good school, good teachers, good futures and memories! Absolutly no need! Keep Newtownbreda open!

My son Steven got a fantastic education at Newtownbreda High his exam results were excellent,thanks to the dedication of the staff.

My daughter Cathie was Head Girl 1985/86. A great school. Should not be amalgamated with another school. Can stand on it's own rights
