For all of the people who play and work at Warrina Ice Rink. Think of the talent we will lose, and also the expense of equipment these ice lovers have paid for.

Townsvillevis a fast growing city, and with that comes fast growing population! Good quality ice rink is really needed to provide the youngsters with an opportunity to enjoy something as unique as ice sport! Warrina Ice Rink in Townsville was the last remaining ice rink in North Queensland!

I made so many memories at warring ice rink and we were making new ones with my daughter. Please put a new ice rink in Townsville

I've been playing broomball there continuously since 1990 and now my son plays. We need a new one so he can follow his dream to play nationals and then worlds like his old man :-) Playing for your country is a fantastic motivator. We need a new rink ASAP!!

I would love to have a new ice rink in Townsville. We can give our kids and their kids a great experience. Ice skating in the tropics, please don't take that away from us!

So many Townsville residents have now lost a major recreational sporting facility. Let's hope this petition can gather enough strength & awareness to change that.
