Newcastle City Council please ban plastic straws, plastic bags, balloons & single use bottles!

Ban all single use plastic!!

Plastic pollution causes injury and death in wildlife and marine animals. As the seventh biggest city in Australia, Newcastle should be leading by example and helping stop this environmental problem as much as possible. Single use plastics are not necessary. NCC please make a positive change for the future of our planet!

There are so many substitutes than single use plastics. We are an evolving people. We can and will change this harmful ignorance. We care.
