REF: New teacher for Grade 3 Blue 2025
We, the parents of the students in Grade 2 Blue, are writing to formally express our concern regarding the current teaching arrangements and to request a change in the teaching staff for the next academic year.
Over the past year, it has become increasingly evident to us that the teacher assigned to Grade 2 Blue has exhibited a lack of motivation and drive, which has significantly impacted the educational experience of our children.
Specifically, we have noted the following concerns:
1. **Lack of Motivation and Drive**: The teacher’s lack of enthusiasm and commitment to the role has led to a decline in the quality of education. This has resulted in diminished classroom engagement and a noticeable decrease in student enthusiasm for learning.
2. **Inappropriate Attitude**: The teacher's attitude towards students has been less than professional. Instances of negative and dismissive behavior have been observed, which has affected the classroom environment and, consequently, the students' morale and academic performance.
3. **Selfishness**: There have been numerous occasions where the teacher’s actions seemed more focused on personal convenience rather than the best interests of the students. This has led to a lack of support and adequate guidance for the children.
We believe that these issues have created an unsatisfactory learning environment, which is not conducive to the academic and personal growth of our children. We respectfully request that a different teacher be assigned to Grade 3 Blue for the upcoming academic year to ensure a more positive and supportive educational experience.
We trust that you will consider our concerns seriously and take appropriate action to address this matter. We are confident that with your support, we can work together to provide the best possible learning environment for our children.

My son talks about how he doesnt want to go to school anymore because of this. something needs to change before next year starts.
