Who's protection is this for? The Consumer and The Public? That is a joke!! A 'Few' well placed individuals tried to bury this in some obscure bill and it has found the light of day. Both or State Politicians and MAR Leaders better start representing the best interests of Michigan Realtors as a whole rather than a select minority. Let this serve notice that you have our attention and we are watching.

If this is what the State of Michigan is spending time on worrying about letters on signs then I can understand why nothing is getting done at the state level! I do NOT support the "new" rules or laws and it will places a huge financial burden on agents

This is a private business and I don't think it needs legislation to rule how larger letters have to be in advertisements, as long as all required information is included.

As a newer agent ,who just spent a lot of money in advertising and struggling to get my business going, I am against the new signage rules.

This change places a huge financial burden on agents. They will be who pays to revamp their marketing materials, not the brokerages.

I couldn't agree more. I'm a new agent and have already invested in many pieces of marketing that would not comply with this...please reconsider.

As a Realtor who lists property for the Federal Government (HUD) and work under their Management company Sage Acquisitions, I also have sign rules for them on their requirements for my signage which do not follow your new laws. They both need to be on my sign as well as my brokerage as well as myself. They dictate that. So what does that mean? Do you care to converse with the Federal Government about this and let me know. Then you can pay $2000 for my 20 new signs when you figure it out.

Keller Williams supports their agents and believes that their success is the brokerage success., so much so that they do not advertise on television or billboards. We are the number one teaching realty company in the nation. To make them post their name in the way they do not believe in goes against their mission statement and their business model
Unnecessary!
