Agent branding should come before broker branding. I believe the broker info should be there...but 2nd to the agents info.

This will limit agents to building their branding to become independent and broker themselves.

I agree with Greg, legislators should do their jobs and poll all licensed realtors.

This new rule puts an undue burden on agents, who are not employees but independent contractors. Please reconsider!

This is a ridiculous change to our signage. Realtor are independent contractors under the umbrella of a brokerage. The Costa to this are unnecessary and unappreciated.

The listing agent is most knowledgeable and be the best point of contact when calling off a sign rather then the old system call into a office and hope the agent taking the call if familiar with the listing . Please reconsider not to mention the cost of replacing the signs .

It's going on 2 decades and my entire 12 years in the industry where the billboard on US 96 West into Muskegon has a very prominent realtors name all huge with their companies name in micro font in corner. What's the big urgency for now? This is petty imo..

As a publisher of the leading Real Estate publication on the Lakeshore I find that the agents are paying for their marketing and should be promoting themselves and their Sellers, therefore agreeing tot he petition.
