This was passed from under our nose. I find this to be ridiculous and a very shady unethical way to conduct business. We pay dues, our rights should matter.

This legislature would absolutely ruin how my business current operates and would cost me thousands of dollars I could not afford.

The public learns more every day, that the BROKERAGE bears little if any role in the CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. It's all in the agent you choose. IN ADDITION to the miscommunication to the public , this would put an unfair burden on brokers and agents by requiring them to change their marketing pieces, signs, websites...the list goes on. If the PUBLIC, BROKERS AND AGENTS wouldn't benefit, why would this sign be useful?

This bill seems to go against the individual real estate agent and promote the major companies interest...

This is over reaching, pointless legislation designed to clog up the system further with unneccessary laws. Shame on you. Please repeal this silliness.

Real estate is an individual agent 1099 commission environment. This is totally again what realtors strive to be... be known by their name.... as we are responsible for their own advertising, their own marketing, their own business. . And now you try to curtail that by forcing the brand to be the focus. That's a crock. .. good and great agents have spent their own time effort and money to brand themselves to attract business and work to retain business and clients. The broker really is secondary. The back bone and the support staff. Completely unfair to agents trying to Make a name for himself. .. shame on you... shame. You all are becoming no knowing no caring hypocrites, only focused on getting yours vs what's ACTUALLY good for the worker or the state, or district, or community. Shame shame shame

Would like To see the signage rule removed. I think this is a huge cost to many agents. And there a lot of agents that might not be able to have the money for this. Its going to do more harm then good. Personally think its ridiculous

This is a pointless proposal that will have an impact on the current administration at the voting booth if it passes.

Speaking of truth in advertising, interesting that a Republican introduced this law for MORE regulation and less freedom. Bet that's not what he campaigned on.

I'd have to to throw out 20 signs and 10 open house signs that cost me over 1,000

Who decided that people were confused??...oh, yes, OUR Government. Guess I am still confused as to why this is even an issue. We are going to reduce confusion buy spending more MONEY...now I totally get it! Thanks for taking care of all of us.

Who is set up to make all the money from this will not be the realtor who will pay the sign makers to remake all the previously purchased signs.

Another example of government recklessly spending get taxpayers dollars on legislation that will fix nothing and, in fact, do more harm than good.

Sounds like the work of lobbyists and not the work of the people. Be swayed by the petition.

Agents already have to give a huge portion of their check to their broker, let the agent try to make a name for themselves! How are they supposed to do that if the ad has two names of equal size, visually speaking? As a consumer, I would be confused as to who the agent is... having the brokerage (I.e. "Coldwell Banker," "Century 21," or "Name Realty" on all advertising is plenty enough information.
