Plz don't take away our ability to market and brand ourselves. Real estate is highly competitive and the ones who work hard to set themselves apart shouldn't suffer. All it takes for the consumer to avoid any confusion is an extra moment to read a listing allc the way through

What do we do about all of the money we've invested in having to buy our own signs, throw them all away because now there are a "new set of rules"! With all the dues and costs of doing bussiness, i.e.: buying business cards, paying for supplies for open houses, ads in the paper, etc. we are barely being able to make a living, now they want to throw something else at us, let alone changing lender requirements that are so stringent causing us to waste half of our time trying to help buyers find a house then they can't even get approved.

As a newer agent, I will be very disappoint to see that the hundreds of dollars spent in new signs over the last year has been wasted.

I have been a Realtor for 30 years and Broker/Associate for the past 15 years. This bill is the idea of big brokers who live in a past world and try to create anti-competitive business models for their benefit and in no way protects the consumer. Modern day agents will be forced to spend $1000's of dollars to be compliant which could result in higher consumer fees or less discretionary income for the agents to spend elsewhere.

The consumers relationship is with the army not the brokerage. It's important for the consumer to know who to contact for information.

Unique Branding is critical to the success of many Real Estate Businesses. This legislation is anti business in a State that desperately needs new business.

This bill will serve no positive purpose. Why know? If it's not broke don't fix it. The people this will benefit is the sign companies.

This is a total overreach of government. While broker affliation should be visible, this is totally out of control

For the last 12 years I've driven past billboard signs by very prominent realtors who displayed their name in fonts that litterally dwarf their company's name.. Why is this coming up now?
