It was a stupid idea, the cyclist will not use it.+ and the road is too narrow now we will not be able to overtake them. Waste of time and OUR money. Did the council not think about consulting cyclist or motorist first. Big white Elephant!

The effect of this is causing an effect on trade on the corner of Dudley Rd NO thought gone into by the council for arrangements of deliveries to Unitys

Totally agree that cyclists will still use the road even though it's narrower and don't want to use the path as pedestrians walk all over it not realising it's a cycle lane, let alone the dropped kerbs etc

As most of the cyclist around here seem to be on the paths anyway and with total disregard for pedestrians I cannot see that this is an improvement in any way And who understands the foolish coloured bollards? I don't

Worst road design ever. Id love to see the people responsible for the decision use it daily and then tell us what benefits it's given anyone.

At no time did I see any proposals being published for local road users, residents or cyclists. The scheme has been ill thought through and no doubt in time, blood will be on the hands of local councillors who proposed and agreed to this dangerous scheme and ludicrous waste of public money.

What happens if I have an accident with a cyclist not using the dedicated lane. Who is to blame! ???

Totally pointless waste of money that could have gone to better things, such as improving the look of the town centre.

Utterly ridiculous and wasteful system, road is now ridiculously narrow and a danger to cyclists and drivers.

A stupid waste of public funds. Yet another foul-up by Surrey Highways Department. Don't they ever think these things through???(See also the "Krazy Krossing" saga in Rydens Road, where they seem intent on installing unnecessary refuge islands which nobody wants.)

A cyclist flew past me and my two young children causing one of them to panic and fall over !!! Absolute ridiculous system

Cyclists don't use the lane at all and remain on the road as there are so many drop kerbs so they can't be bothered. Ridiculous use of our taxes!
