this is a great idea and maybe with time more things could be added that our community needs. Ball fields, nature walks, etc.

yes we absolutely need a bigger better park! We use the one at Walmart often but some shade and more that one table sure would be nice.

I think every town in every state should have a park for kids to go play. Every town in the USA has fast food restaurants going up and everybody complains about kids being overweight don't you think they should have a park for kids to run and play I get exercise

We do need a family friendly park avail. to the public. I recently heard of an incident that happened at the small park by Wal-Mart. Disgusting. If there is anything I can do to help make this happen please let me know. Wanda Cagle

I have been really disappointed in my area for a very long time for not having a park. I figure we get a lot of tax dollars coming in from tourists season when people come to the area and then we have this sad little "park" in the Walmart parking lot. My children for years have asked me to go to a park and I have to either go to Ozark, Branson or over to Kimberling City. I think that is it ridiculous that we should be just happy with basically a very sad playground instead of a park. I wish you would ask the poor kids here in the area. We deserve better than this and I think that it is ridiculous that we even have to sign a petition. Please give this town what it deserves and our children a place to play and be happy.

Karen Allen, United States, Doniphan: My grandchildren live in Branson West and they need a better park. One with handicapped access and shade would be amazing. Walking trails and an exercise path like Springfield, MO has to encourage fitness. Branson West deserves a better park!

I think this is a great idea. I would love to be able to take my grand children to play near my home rather than over in Branson. The one by Walmart is in need of repair and there are no pavilions for family gatherings.

I would love to see a park that is handicap accessible in Branson West. Many of our children must travel 30 to 45 minutes to find a city with a park they can access. Please support our local youth and build a park that everyone can enjoy!

I've taken my Children to the park in wal-mart parking lot. My son fell off the bouncy bridge do to it being slick and to steep to walk across I fell as well but not off the side like my son. I later found glass in woodchips on the ground. The windows were smashed out. It was way to hot. We did not stay long. Branson west needs a safer park for children. And more comfortable for the parents to want to take them. A new park for Branson west.
