Margie, please contact the mayor's office and Stacy Head, musicians like you have enough visibility that they have to listen! Thanks again!

I don't live there but I have traveled through and paid my fair share when it comes to parking tickets.

I am a musician who plays on Frenchmen St. It would be a burden if I had to run out during my set break to fill the meter. There are other revenue streams that the city needs to look at before prying more money from people who can barely afford it as it is!

An increase in parking fees is not paid by tourist.. It's the lower income residents who suffer. No new parking fees

This places an unfair and unsustainable tax burden on your hardest working citizens.

I think parking fee's are already too high. They certainaly don't need to be raised.

Don't expect the working class pay for the failures of municipal bureaucracy.

Do not burden me or my employees with increased parking rates and extended paid parking hours without eliminating the tipping wage or providing a reasonable service industry garage in a safe area. Do. Not.

The parking violations bureau in this city differs from illegal racketeering and mafia related business in name only. It's time to treat the people who keep this city a float, the citizens, fairly.

This is a lame-brained scheme that has the support of no one. It's dead in the water, but don't mind doing my part to kill it.

It's wrong for the city to make money off of its hardest working citizens in the hospitality industry. Do not raise parking prices or extend the hours!!

We're tired of failed leadership always raising taxes instead of solid solutions. Is this the best you can do? Maybe it's time for new leadership!

This will affect the working people and locals and tourist that come to our great city. An absolute stupid idea to get more revenues.

Parking fees, lax supervision, and improper ticketing negatively affects New Orleans residents and workers.

The hike in price and time is too extreme and unreasonable and the benefits the city claims will not be realized. This will hurt those low income and on the cusp of low income workers more than anyone. I do not support the meter hike.

Stop stealing from us! How many single sruggeling mom's and citizens had their car impounded over $300 parking tickets and couldn't afford to get it out. You take a $10,000 car over $300! I am sure you make enough of of parking! The name you deserve to be called I will not list.

It's expensive enough to park in NOLA don't make it worse. You'll drive out your tourists and make locals hate living there and leave.
