Shannon needs to go. She is unprofessional potty mouthed and in it for the wrong reasons. Herself. I've had many run ins with her. She doesn't want to help anyone but Herself. Needs stopping

Shannon is rude to not just myself on every occasion I’ve been here but to other people in my presence too

She isn’t fit to be a manager, she picks and chooses her mates and people she knows over other people that are actually in need of the donated items. Poor and rude comments to the public

An opportunity to change things maybe. Is this a registered charity? Should it be a registered charity? How can it be run better? What can be done to help even more people.

I’m new to Macclesfield. I have no need to use this charity but I was shocked and astonished by the messages I witnessed earlier. That to me is not someone who has the qualities to run a charity so I have signed

Poverty isn’t just about those who won’t/can’t work. This should be about helping the whole community and not judging people or being rude to people

The current manager is rude, I have experienced this and I currently stay away even though I'm expecting a baby soon and don't have all I need. Respect is crucial

Been ruled by vile people who make the rules up as they go we want equality and equal chance with our unique circumstances

I disagree with the temperament displayed towards people in vulnerable situations from this charity. Not everyone discloses their every struggle in a conversation when they meet organisers or volunteers or even their friends. So I believe people in positions of this kind should always be kind and compassionately understanding.
