We need your help! After meeting with the Assistant Superintendent, Steve Oates, we urge you to sign this petition to support a change in administration at Lewisville Elementary School. This change will help support our school, our teachers and especially our children. While our teacher turnover rate was 7% each year for 5 years in a row, it has climbed each year since new administration arrived 2 years ago and is over 30% this year. This mass exodus of teachers reflects a failure in administration.
When signing the petition, indicate in the comment section if you've emailed and/or called central office with your concerns. We would like to have this information in order to compile our "parent concern" file. Also, if sending an email to Mr. Oates (shoates@wsfcs.k12.nc.us), consider copying Dr. Emory (bremory@wsfcs.k12.nc.us).
