Let them ply and leave it to the coaches to keep them distant and safe. They need exercise and to be social with their peers.

I missed my junior year HS season and three canceled college softball showcases
I need to play travel ball this summer
We have been thru enough please don’t ruin our lives permanently as this has and will continue to effect my college recruiting prospects

I missed my junior year season so colleges have no way to recruit me. I have spent almost every day since I was 7 practicing and working out for high school and college baseball. It is bad enough I missed my first year as a varsity player due to this pandemic, please don't let me miss this summer and ultimately college because of it.

The boys need to be able to play. Many missed their junior year season so colleges have no way to recruit without some type of summer baseball. Many kids have spent their entire lives trying to get recruited to play in college. These kids have lost enough, let them play ball without having to travel out of state.

Baseball can be done safely. The mental health of these kids is at risk. With no school or camp the kids will find ways to congregate when parents work. Let baseball do it safer.
