Social distancing is important and we can play baseball at the same time and make it safe. Our kids need this.

Cocktails to go on the beach? But no baseball
Thousands on the beach and boardwalk this weekend? But no softball
What a joke. Let the damn kids play and stop violating everyone’s constitutional rights

Cocktails to go lmao great job Phil! But keep kids locked in the house with no sports
Let the kids play before you make yourself look even more foolish! Let us make our own decisions about OUR kids and stop treating us like kids

The Governor should focus more of his brain power and “advisors” on fixing the mess they caused at nursing homes instead of keeping shut safe and much needed sports like baseball and softball!!!! I’m sorry but it’s hard to take seriously and trust a leader that decides going to large box retail stores, crowded beaches and boardwalks, and now the biggest joke, establishments allowed to serve to go booze to groups on the shore are deemed safer and less risky than a ball game
Wake up Mr. Murphy and let these kids play before you cause these leagues to close or bankrupt as you have made happen to so many businesses

Please help us figure out how to safely re-start baseball/softball for the youth of New Jersey. Youth sports, including baseball/softball, is essential to the physical and mental health and well being of children.

The children need to exercise and socialize. They can do both safely under the plan proposed.
