I believe if MOE and government want to do it, it can be done by 2017/2018. Suggest to set up in phases so that students can move into the new campus at the earliest possible date.

This is about upholding integrity and owning up to lapses and making good. The exact same values we are trying to inculcate in our children - the future generation.

Dear Prime Minister, The only request from ALL families in this petition is to urge you to spare out your PRECIOUS time to look into this matter PERSONALLY. In year 2010, MOE decided to run the NEW IP program for these 3 combined school and promised the new campus will be ready by 2017 in Bishan vicinity. We have ZERO doubt on MOE when seeing the press released as we have our greatest trust in all government agent and that includes our Educator , MOE . However, to our dismay the promised JC campus has been delayed from 2017 to 2018 and then to 2019. You may refer to the PSLE Choosing Your Secondary Schools for admission to Secondary One booklets. Base on the trusted source of this MOE booklets, we had committed our girl 6 years education with SNGS IP program as trusting the new JC campus in Bishan will be ready in year 2018 for her when she study her IP year 5 and 6. However, the story runs the other way ..…..lots of excuses have been given by MOE and MOE start to finger pointing to other government agent when they fail to delivery the promised Bishan campus in year 2017. Whatever excuses MOE given is just an excuses, if there is a will, there is a way. 事在人为. We just as an original people and understand the moral of promises and expect MOE to honour the deal. Just like they expected the student to commit to the chosen school. Likewise this apply to MOE to commit the promises of the new IP compus in Bishan by year 2017. Thank you sir.

The decision to send my daughter to the new JC was made after carefully weighing the advantages of the location of the interim and permanent premises, over the JC's lack of track record. It is therefore paramount that MOE honour the commitment to parents and students.

Dear Prime Minister, Our Nation is great for its leader' integrity, transparency and efficiency. But for our children's new JC in Bishan/AMK, we have been terribly let down by MOE. Please intervene personally to assure the materialisation of the JC in time so as not to disappoint us and our children. Thank you very much.

Dear Sir I am disappointed with MOE's decision that they insisted on having an interim site and it is at Mount Sinai despite during the 25 May dialogue where parents had provide many alternatives and view such as: 1. Research and highlight to MOE on plots of land that are mark under URA Masterplan that are used for Education that are near Bishan-AMK vincity that maybe the new IPJC could use. But it was instantly rejected by Mr Lim claiming that it would take longer than 2019, We do not understand why it is not possible with still several years ahead? 2. Besides AMK ITE, parents do give other suggestions to the interim holding sites. Did MOE considered all the options? It was briefly mentioned that MOE reviewed AMK ITE and decided that it is not suitable. How about other locations that proposed by the parents? It was never mentioned to us when we went for the Open House that an interim site will be needed. We were told that the new campus will be ready. I would choose Minister Heng's first option that we want the infrastructure to be ready before we start the program if this option is offered to us in the first place but unfortunately, its not. MOE had used its 铁腕政策on 手无寸铁 parents like us and force us to accept Mount Sinai without considering all options and let us know the outcome of MOE's investigation (if any). If MOE is so effective to review all options within 2 weeks, why would it take 10 years to build a school? I also would like to stress that we are not unreasonable parents which MOE tries to position us as with the media. We strong stand with facts and would urge MOE to arrange another dialogue session with media so that 2 sides of the stories can be heard. Please spare a thoughts with the young generation of Singapore. If we can standby lands to build so many foreign schools, can we spend more time looking into needs of our current young Singaporean. Appreciate your attention and action.

Dear PM Please help to resolve this soonest as our daughters and sons are looking forward to studying in this new JC and this is their once-in-a-lifetime JC experience. I believe that by getting all the relevant government agencies working together immediately and on urgent basis, we can still get the new JC ready by end 2016.
