I think this is a great idea.......affordable apartments are needed for students....as a parent of a uni student....it's nice to know our kids are living somewhere safe.

There is a huge requirement for student accomodation close to the university campuses.Several buildings in the City cater for students too.Will your projected facility be too far out for them in travel terms/class hours/entertainment & social needs ?? Just a thought !! Good luck anyway .

I think if you have foresite to plan and build this sort of property, go for it, it would benefit the students and enhance the area. It looks a very nice property, go got it, I hope the local council are in the same state of mind. Good luck.
