Please stop building homes in this area! We need 20 years worth of infrastructure work to catch up with the homes now! Ya can't keep cramming people into a rural area like this, your ruining the well being of the "rural people" that were here first!

Schools are already overburdened and families displaced due to rapid growth. Before more homes are added to our community, an assessment of our school system's ability to accommodate must be completed. The primary reason families move to Effingham is the school district; overburdening the school system will negatively impact the education our children receive.

I used to live in Belmont Glen about 4 years ago and it was already full bus wise then. There’s no way we can handle even more growth there until something is done about the crowding now.
