Schools, roads and need to be addressed before any additional houses are built in south Effingham county. A third high school was promised over 10 years ago. Do right by the citizens and fix the issues!

The local education and current infrastructure cannot support the proposed additional housing

We need more schools and roads built before this county builds any more houses! Especially on the South end! Build some houses in Clyo!

Please keep our county beautiful. And our school district great. Some growth is good, but we are growing too fast and our schools and road ways can’t keep up.

I love our small community. But the growth is too rapid. Our little 2 lane roads can not handle another 300+ drivers. It takes 45 mins just to get down Hodgeville on any given M-F morning plus the commute to town. Our schools are busting at the seams and can not handle this new growth. Unless the county has a plan for new roads and schools these homes need to be stopped!

We live in a different subdivision down the road and they are trying to do the same thing with ours! Good luck with this! You have our support!

No more new houses or start new subdivisions until we get another high school and middle school and MORE ROADS in and out the county on the south end. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH

It's already a challenge, the roads in the area as well as the schools busting at the seems, the waiting list for pre-k students is already long.

Our community is awesome because it’s small enough to be close knit. Stop bringing more in

Effingham County already has multiple problems with traffic and currently our services are maxed out! This area isn't an area that is capable of handling additional development.

You are taking away what we love about Effingham. It takes 30 min. To get off Hodgeville rd. In the mornings already. Absolutely not...enough is enough.

The county needs to spend the already increased taxes the have recieved on infrastructure to support the growth it already has and then allow more development. Fixed current issues like roads and schools now before it continues to get out of hand.

Do not add to Belmont Glen or the currently over populated South Effingham school district
We cannot support the influx of people.
