There are so many reasons why Plan C is best for the first few weeks of school. Too many risks involved, and too much uncertainty.

What percent of students and staff does NHCS estimate will become exposed to the virus with plan B and why is any exposure acceptable? The only SAFE option at this time is Plan C.

There’s no way to effectively teach students when they are only face to face every 3 weeks. It will be like a reunion every 3 weeks with hugs and no social distancing. I know kids miss their “normal”. We all do. But at what cost? I have a 6 month old and I am high risk due to having cancer 2 years ago. Plan B isn’t safe right now.

I am extremely concerned for the health and safety of our students and staff. We are not public health professionals and therefore poorly equipped to deal with this pandemic effectively.

What sense does it make to restart schools in this environment especially when we are worse now than they were when we closed schools the first time. And even if we did restart schools , there should be a mandatory testing for everybody student and staff before we allow them into the building. I don't see it as cost-effective or even intelligent to make a move such as this the United States should be quarantined for 3 months and every single person should be tested. If we reopen the schools for anything it should be for testing. I find it amazing that we are so anxious to reopen schools and no one has come up with a legitimate reason of why it is a good idea to risk it at this time.

This virus is too dangerous and prevalent to send kids or teachers to school, at least for the first 9 weeks.

Teachers do not feel safe returning to school. It doesn't make sense to send kids or teachers back to an unsafe environment at this time.
