I agree to what is being expressed here. You only need to look at the program at Hendrickson and how they are building up their athletes. We need coaches who have a winning attitude. Those who care about the young men, and how to prepare them for their futures. It is time for a well needed change. They need to build these young men up, coaching is about preparing these young men to become great men and leaders. It's time to stop demoralizing these young men due to favoritism and lack of leadership. I will pray for change!

Every last word in this petition is true. My son was one, of many no doubt, who ended his football career his Junior because year of high school, because of the incompetent, ignorant coaching staff at Pflugerville High School, lead by Herrmann and still there to date. The coaching methods and favoritism at this school are not only disrespectful to the players, but a disgrace for those players who go out and put forth 110% at practice, and study hard to remain eligible to have the opportunity to be out on the field at game day, as they rightfully should be, only to be benched game after game. It's a bigger disgrace to the community that the district has allowed it to continue as long as it has, without intervention to correct the problem, which I'm certain many families, mine included, have complained about for at least the last decade. It's time for new coaches who truly appreciate the game of football and respect their players.

Running same plays back to back will not win football games, especially if those plays are not working.
