It's a shame when the other teams know to study your plays and steels the ball over & over again at every game. That's because it's been years since this coach has not taking the time to teach these young men anything new. It is time for a change for PHS. Coach needs to go!

All central Texas 3 sport STUDENT athlete who was one if the 1st in the 90's to attain an athletic scholarship and still holds multiple records at PHS. Hell we started the wall of fame. I have been sending student athletes to college for years after graduatuon from PHS..AND last year after sending 4 athletes off to school, I can't take it anymore. Our school has a deep talent pool every year..wasted. And when you cant control your kids or the actions..its time to step aside. It pains me to sit outside the gate at the RR VS PHS GAME..I REFUSE TO PAY UNTIL HERMANN IS GONE.
AND I SPEAK FOR EVERY STUDENT ATHLETE THAT HAS EVER DONNED THE BLUE AND GOLD.

We just transferred to pflugerville and my child was not giving the opportunity to compete for Varsity. They told him 3 games JV and then he would be on Varsity. We are looking at the last two games and he is still in JV because the other players failed out. I see the lack of leadership and poor coaching. It is time for a change.

The coach does not have the kids best interest at hand. He continually shows favorite and is not and impartial when dealing with out kids. The talent has been there, yet he failed year after year to stay current with football as it has evolved since his tenure began in the late 90s.

I have a good relationship with my nephew and his friends. My nephew is a strong leader and has the most positive attitude about all things except of course the coaches. Not only him but all the players I have met. The coaches need to change. Our kids need leaders that will lead them to victory or at least be able to compete.

My family has been with phs wand we re going on the third child there and it is ridiculous to see how a football team with such potential go down the drain because of the coach falling apart or the coach making a bad play call. We thank you coach for all that you've done so far but it's time for a change for the better.

More importantly, Pflugerville just needs a coach to be a leader for the youth. Of course as we have seen Hermann can win when he has had talent. He's had teams with plenty of talent but even those have had their issues with discipline and grades and players smoking weed before games etc. As a former player yes I can say a majority of the team was not pushed hard enough by ourselves or the coaching staff. As young kids you don't always realize the opportunity that football is, therefore that's when you need leadership of the coaches to lift you to the expectations of hard work and being dedicated and that's what it takes to be apart of something. We see programs like Lake Travis, Westlake, Cedar Parks, etc you see what type of coaching and dedication they have. If you truly want to become a great program it starts at the type and that's what Pflugerville needs.
