Please accept this request to purchase new chairs in the racquetball area of Elite fitness Center at 5750 N. Glen Road. Currently the chairs that are on the second floor outside of the racquetball courts are not only old but the majority of them have broken springs and ripped upholstery. In addition to being broken and uncomfortable they are dangerous; a number of Elite members have had their athletic gear ripped by broken spring and fabric. We are asking that you see for yourself by sitting in the chairs and examining the condition of each one. After your examination, we are confident you will agree with the individuals signing this form, that we need new furniture for the racquetball players AND for the parents that sit in this furniture watching their kids play tennis on the courts below the second floor.

As a law abiding citizen of the USA, it is my duty to sign this petition so no one else gets injured.
20 yrs. Talked to some old time members. Shame on u Elite!!!
It would be Nice to have some comfortable chairs!
Current seating does not reflect Elite's typically high standards.
I hoped that there would be new chairs before I returned .
I am in total agreement!
I ripped my shorts twice on that same chair. I totally support this petition.

Replacement chairs should be similar to those that are broken - or the broken chairs could be repaired - they are quite comfortable except for the holes which we sink into and the broken springs which tear our shorts. There has been talk of replacing them with bar stools - THAT IS NOT A GOOD IDEA!! - Please leave the easy chairs with the coffee table. Thanks.
