We definitely need more secondary schools in the Darnley area. I’m struggling to find a good secondary school for my son. I hope in 7 years time there will be a good school for him otherwise I will need to go private

I am signing as I have 1 at st niniansb1 at st Paul's and one at st angelas.been in dispute with east ren for over a year now regarding false address placements.this needs to be addressed

I agree that it doesn’t have to be a Catholic school. However I’ve raised this petition because a) we can legitimately argue that we need a school to replace St Ninians, and b) Catholic schools serve many more people than the Catholic community nowadays, so this will still have a positive overall impact for the whole community. I think schools in general in this area need expansion, overhaul and greater support for the transition from primary to secondary, but we have to start somewhere, and I think this is a legitimate way to begin.

Another secondary school is desperately needed with all these new housing developments popping up. Not necessarily a Catholic one though.

A new school is long over due in the south west of Glasgow. All the schools are bursting at the seams and populations are rapidly increasing. This needs sorted and quickly!!

I feel there is a need for a high school and also a primary school, but I dont think it should be a specifically be a catholic primary, my understanding is that half of the catholic primary schools in the area have more non catholic children attending that practising catholic children
