One of the reasons we moved to Lexington 20 plus years ago was the appeal of the downtown. That appeal is already much waned lately because of the town's greedy landlords forcing out community businesses like restaurants and stores. It's almost too late but time to take a stand

Please respect the wishes of our residents and do grant this permit. Chase ATM is a bank and we have adequate choices already. Let’s work harder in adding diversity to our town business offerings.

Already multiple banks - need better restaurants and retail. Business goes to concord and Belmont instead of our town.

We have enough banking options in lexington ! I am more comfortable useing the ATM when there is no other person in the area. Offering 24 hour rest room facilities will only addition activity in the space

Please put more thought into what our citizens want in our community center. Such a visible prominent location literally exactly in the center of our town could be utilized in much more meaningful way.
