The change from male to female doctor isn’t what bothers me, it’s the complete disrespect of being this woke crap and blatantly waving it in our faces episode after episode and trying to be like in schools teaching us it’s the way life is now GTFOH
NONE of the past doctors ever acted that way and Jodie just keeps doing it over and over again.
There is no respect in this show now and it feels definitely like the show has been created for 9 year olds and not the slightly more mature audience it once held dearly by their seats.
It’s now become a child’s show (13 years old and under).
The complete feel has gone and it’s like it’s a brand new doctor who show designed for kids.
Such a massive disrespect to the past series and to the actual doctor itself.

Ive had this connection with the doctor for as long as I can remember. When I saw it on satelite tv in 2009-10 it felt oddly familiar like Ive seen something like it before. I immediately identified with tennant and eventually found out why it was so familiar. The classic show used to come on tv when I was a kid and I would see it and a few other brit scifi shows like red dwarf. Nearly every doctor Ive seen ive felt a connection to. Ive had many dreams about the doctor and made much fan art , but this recent series I eagerly anticipated let me down. I didnt feel like shes the same time lord/lady. Like shes a imposter and the real doctor has been supressed mentally under her control. Perhaps this is the birth of a new valiard we have been waiting to see. I used to get a rush from the intro alone and the episode would leave me feeling refreshed , stimulated, and inspired to live a daring, kinder, and more intelligent life.

I've tried watching the new doctor who....sorry, apart from the appalling acting, a female doctor!!!!! Seriously, what were you thinking BBC. She has no character what so ever. Bring back Matt Smith.

No no and no. Doctor Who is not supposed to be PC. Its about human beings having to deal with the exterior forces on their live with The Doctor as advisor to their plight. At no point in the past was is needed to gender change the main character to tell a story. It could have just been left alone and had the doctor rescue the whole of the planet gallifrey and many more time-lords/ladies could have emerged into a new universe of stories. But no, BBC lost 80% of the audience. I will never watch one frame of this show and I can wait. Not getting one penny of my money that I've spent on doctor who stuff for 20 years.

Less than a minute into one of the episodes and i could not watch it ! jodys accent put me off and seeing Bradley there too was the icing on the cake,no problem with dr who being a woman but not this one ! senseless pc garbage
