I am very shocked to hear that these issues are occurring, and have not been resolved before purchasing the property. In the case, I think something needs to be done, and I don’t want to leave my flat, and be elsewhere. Please sort the problem immediately without any changes to moving flats etc. Thank you

We've all suffered in one way or another, it's about time the consequences, of every single tenant, of Bree and Avery Court is taken into consideration as well as the general overall situation especially in today's climate. We're all concerned about safety, and irregardless of who's negligence, compensation must also be a major concern, my personal experience was the pressures and stresses of Having to move, ( otherwise lose my original flat And this one in Avery Court, I died with a massive heart attack, only major open heart surgery saved me, quadruple bypass surgery!! But I still had to move, on pain of eviction!! Now I'm told it's very possible that it's not real safe to live here!! Who's to blame?? Money!!!

Keep up the pressure. The work is dragging on, there is no drive to complete it, no timeframe, and accountability for low quality repairs.

The flats are built poor cracks everywhere my balcony door not closing, poor flooring the landings always dirty not to mention the people that leave there rubbish out side of the bins cause they think there to good to put it into the bin, but yet will moan about it when we get rats and it will be because of you people that leave rubbish everywhere

Completed and tenanted since 2015 and still working out fire safety is not good enough. Tenants matter

Let network homes buy the flats back at current market value , as the clear negligence undermines all confidence in them and surely constitutes a breach of original contract ..

If the value of my flat has decreased due to poor work then I should be compensated for the loss in value

I completely agree with all the points discussed and I have my own set of grievances about network and their shoddy work. this fire safety is taking the matters to altogether different level. I do have a suggestion, why don't we decide on a date and we members meet some place and form our own committee of members who will represent the tenants and get all the points together and fight as one rather than individual fight. our unity and combined resources will definitely help our cause.

Network Homes appears to be withholding information. The works started with very little information given. This is only one issue that is ongoing with Network Homes management of Bree Court.

Completely agree with all points made. It falls down to incompetent management by Network, maladministration as well as a lack of process of enforcement when it comes to tenancy rules and regulations. What beggars belief is that network ia a national organisation which should have procedures and policies in place to deal with these issues. I am going through the complaints process which I reiterate network does not take seriously. My next step is the housing ombudsman. Thank you to the person who started this petition . We now need all the leaseholders to band together to have one consolidated voice.

Did anyone also notice there was a letter sent out to say that we will be charged additional service charge for anything related to fire safety. This is an insult. Seeing as we already know the fire safety is inadequate and previous letters have said all work related to that will be paid for by the landlord. How can we be charged additional service charge for the ongoing maintenance of fire safety equipment etc, when it's not adequate to start with. Another thing to be petitioned I think.
