I have been hearing from many of you privately about the frustrations regarding our current labor relations. It is clear that this conversation is something we have all been waiting to have and I am honestly honored that you are trusting me to help start it.

Seeing the momentum grow this quickly is truly humbling and it reminds me that this is entirely driven by your collective desire for a better path forward. I honestly did not imagine this would resonate with so many of you so fast. Thank you for pushing this conversation into the light because this really belongs to all of you.

We need leadership that actually listens to the pilots. This back and forth has gone on way too long and it's killing morale.
The current situation is just unsustainable. We want growth but not at the expense of our job security. Figure it out.
Fix this mess. Both sides need to stop acting like kids and do what's best for the company.
Time for a change in tone. We are tired of the autocracy. Sit down and talk.
Management needs to wake up. Happy pilots mean a better airline. Why is this so hard for them to understand?
