thumbs system is horrible. No way to view an actual rating of a show. incredibly inaccurate "match" system. BRING BACK THE STAR RATING SYSTEM

With so much bad content on Netflix, it was invaluable to have a star rating system. I found that after watching a show, I always agreed with the rating within +-1 star and this allowed me to watch shows that were worth watching and enjoy my Netflix experience. Now your new system is giving high % matches but after watching 30 mins I turn the show off in frustration at how bad it was. This is wasting my time and making me less likely to see value in my subscription. My user experience has gone from extremely satisfied to somewhat dissatisfied and I'm now considering other options. Change it back, this new system is a disaster.

10 years of stars I've spent 100's of hours watching and rating, gone. Not only that, it takes forever for me to find something to watch, even worse than before! I have to use the imdb app to check the rating of everything before I will give it a chance. Thought about canceling my Netflix, but I use it on my kindle to watch The Office, etc, during work all day. Not cool, Netflix. I'm pissed

Could you at least make it an option or have the thumbs up/down with a complimentary star rating for reference. I miss the stars.

As many others have said, the "like it" or "don't like it" binary just doesn't work. What if I liked a show's premise, but hate the way it was presented? In the old days, I'd rate it a three stars. Now I only have a choice of "like it" or "don't like it." I have many shows that I moderately liked but aren't binge-worthy unrated because I don't want the algorithm calculating them as a like. Netflix should AT LEAST add a "meh" option or optional survey (i.e. Rate the premise, genre, presentation, format) to fine-tune your ratings!

The like system is way too oversimplified! I thought the star system was not sufficient to state my thoughts on a movie/show but likes??? C'mon! BRING THE STARS BACK!!!
