Too few school places already. Very difficult to make a doctors appointment already. Traffic along there is already at a standstill at key hours and constantly busy the rest of the time

The traffic in the area is already at capacity, with frequent accidents occuring. This will create an overwhelming amount of traffic that the infrastructure simply cannot support.

The traffic in this area is already diabolical and this would add to it. It has always been part of a farm from as long as I can remember and we need to keep as much open land as possible . Thankyou

do not agree, will put too much pressure on existing services and resudents. schools doctors and roads. there has been no exoansuon planning and this needs exploring.

terrible proposal. No need for luxury homes in Ewell. no affordable housing proposed. Congestion in Ewell already breaking point. No appropriate entry access routes available.

I work in Stoneleigh and the traffic is bad enough as it is without adding to it with this development, also with the college so close by and the Glynn sports centre also on Reigate Road the traffic can only get worse, also the traffic going towards Epsom always block the roundabout for the bypass so those on Reigate Road cannot get out.
