This ia already a very busy road, will become even more dangerous. Local services cannot cope with the present demand on them as it is.

This is totally disgraceful idea. What about the students who are planning in taking the Animal Management Course!!!! Reconsider for the sake of the animals and students. This site is totally needed

The are is already too busy with traffic. It will change the nature of the place. There are not enough schools and doctors to cope at the moment.

I oppose this development, Reigate Road is already extremely busy, I have already had a car written off just by the proposed access area, through no fault of my own, exacerbated by a third car coming over the "blind" humped railway bridge which is not addressed in anyway. Whoever measured traffic flow - Surrey Highways Agency? - did so in the school summer holidays!

This is such a peaceful area please don't spoil it. I can't get a doctor's appointment within a reasonable time as it is, don't add to the pressure on local services.

I object most strongly to this inappropriate and over densified plan which will cause traffic congestion and impact on local services.

Proposal is to the detriment of strategic open space in Ewell. I oppose this application.

there is no infastructure to support this development, what is going to happen with roads, schools, doctors etc that will be needed for the additional housing.

The impact of this development will have a disastrous impact on the area of Ewell. Schools, doctors and hospitals are already struggling with numbers, this development would put further strain on the facilities available. The morning and evening traffic is often at a stand still, add another 94 families trying to access the roads would add to the difficulties we already have.

What will happen to the poor Billy goats, I oppose this

It will negatively impact on the environment of the area , not least in appearance, it will have a huge impact on an already congested stretch of road. And given the councils poor stance on planning will no doubt be yet another eyesore. Plus it is frustrating to give up yet another green space for housing

I agree that this development would be in no way beneficial to Ewell !!

This development would be a disaster for Ewell. The roads are struggling with the amount of traffic using them at the moment and the area could not cope with the additional number of cars. Consideration also has to be given to the schools, doctors and other services that are over subscribed already. As a resident that would impact significantly from this development I wholly appose this development

We cannot believe that this is being contemplated. We understand the need for additional housing stock, but the infrastructure will be severely stretched should this go ahead - in particular the local roads and the local doctors' surgery, which struggle to cope with exiisting levels of traffic and patients respectively.
