Too big! Needs scaling down

The impact on local roads will be severe, in particular the A240 Reigate Road will regularly become gridlocked back to the roundabout with the Ewell by-pass and beyond. Other local infrastructure will also struggle to cope with such a large number of new dwellings and people.

The traffic congestion is already at times at a state of gridlock and 94 Family Homes + 120 care places will cause probably in excess of 200 additional cars. In addition what about 200 to 300 extra places at schools for children in already overcrowded schools. Hospitals and doctors are also under severe pressure from too many patients. I strongly agree with all the points on the petition.

We already have some of the busiest roads in Surrey and awful traffic in Reigate Road and Ewell Village. This is sheer madness.

This will lead to even more traffic congestion at what is already a busy traffic junction

I strongly agree with all points put forward against the development, particlarly road congestion and air polution.

The impact on local facilities will have a diverse affect on the area and the increase in traffic will add to a area that is already suffering from traffic congestion

I object on the grounds that the area is already congested and if this this proposal succeeds it will only make this worse.

The Nescott proposed development will increase pressure on local school and services provision, whilst adding to congestion, particilarly on the Cheam Road.

Traffic congestion in the area is already horrendous, there is no more room for house building.

i agree with all that has been said thus far. i.e. congestion currently experienced without this new developmen. The ability to provide adequate scholl placments, doctors, hospitals, police, fire, ambulance etc. i am upset by the amount of back filling occuring in the area of Epsom & Ewell and once the fields and green areas are filled there will be only a concrete jungle. The roads are not coping now!

For all the reasons listed in the petition I object to this development.

The Ewel bye-pass and the road into Epsom is already terribly cogested and at a stand still at times. The proposed development would cause a major problem.

Children from as close as 600m are already struggling to get into their local schools in Epsom and Ewell. I know of instances where they have been allocated their 13th nearest school. There should be no more family housing built until these schooling issues are sorted out. The school admissions system in Epsom and Ewell is at capacity.

The reasons listed in this petition adequately set out my objections to the planning proposal.

more development, less green space. we would have chosen to live in London if that is what we wanted!

This is a knee jerk reaction to make quick money - think outside the box - think holistically - what works for the whoe community? Remember the more you give the more you get!
