Traffic at times is at a standstill along the A24 into Cheam road and up to Reigate road how are we supposed to cope with more .it is hard to get into local schools . Doctors and epsom hospital how are they supposed to manage with budget cuts.and even more people. Put in the infrastructure before you flood the area with even more development

This development will vastly increase the traffic on the adjacent roads. No allowance has been made for extra school places or doctors surgeries

We have enough congestion already around the Reigate Road roundabout going towards Cheam Road and also on the Ewell By Pass and this number of increased housing plus cars would further add to this conjestion. You cannot go by car to Epsom on saturdays due to the congestion moving slowly towards Kiln Lane and Sainsbury's. All in all it will be gridlock.

The increase in traffic would lead to bottlenecks and potential gridlock in the entire Ewell area - the roads and infrastructure cannot cope as it is.

This proposed development will result in increased traffic congestion especially in Ewell village which has already become a racetrack. I suppose Nescot will want to develop Nonsuch Park next - there are certainly lots of opportunities with ideal building land!

This is a congested area already. Agree with the comments already on here. Don't need to reduce our air quality further.

Considering its size Ewell Village is already over congested , the increased travel flow and traffic will only add to the mayhem.

I am completely against this development and I am concerned about the impact this development will have on both traffic congestion and local amenities neither of which will currently support this development. I recently moved to this area to escape city noise and pollution and moved to Ewell for a more peaceful lifestyle which will be spoilt by these proposals.

This development doesn't make sense! Members of the Local Council obviously have no idea of the regular traffic congestion on the Ewell Bypass near this site or the blot on the landscape this will cause. You only have to look at the expansion of Sainsburys and the nightmare that is the Kiln Lane junction to see what will happen if this development is allowed to go ahead. The council needs to urgently address the poor road infrastructure in and around the Epsom and Ewell area before adding to the problem!
