The current proposals are far too intensive and the traffic issues need far more serious consideration

I object to this proposed development due to the adverse impact on the highway and the loss of the semi rural feel to the area

Personally i found the proposed development unbelievable, The added congestion and traffic flow simply will not work and have such a huge impact on the surrounding area.

Totally inappropriate, traffic congestion will be increased. Access to and from the site has not been adequately addressed with the result of further delays.

This whole of area has become a bottleneck with traffic due to over devlopment.94 family homes means the roads that allready can not cope will be at a stand still in peak times.

Given the factors outlined in the objection notice this proposal is totally inappropriate for the site.

This would be disastrous for Reigate Road. We just couldn't cope with the extra traffic, parking... This was a very rural area and is fast becoming very congested

The proposed development is much too crowded and will cause a huge influx of families to what is a rural setting. The road system cannot cope and there is inadequate provision for parking and entrance and exit to the site.I suggest the housing be reduced by two thirds and that it is used wholly for sheltered accommodation for the elderly, with the support Centre on site as proposed as a community area for them (and perhaps others in the village) to have support and suitable activities.

The rate at which Ewell is losing its village feel is alarming and if this developments goes ahead it will hugely effect the already heavily congested area. Please preserve our precious green spaces.

I am very concerned about the detraction of Ewell's rural feel and the inappropriateness of having students residing in such a family-orientated area. There is also a question on already overstretched local resources. Surely a good school on the site would be a much better use of facilities. However it would be nice to retain the field as we are losing too much green space in the area due to urban development.

The traffic is horrendous and getting worse. The area is already too congested and heavily populated.T

Apart from the fact that the roads around the propsed area are already heavily congested with traffic, there is very little open space remaining around Ewell village and we cannot afford to lose this piece of green land.

· Adverse impact on highway safety (contradiction of MV8 Local Plan and CS16 Core Strategy) and will absolutely ruin the area. Nescot have not thought about the effects on the local area and this must not be allowed to progress.
