The impact on the surrounding area will be tremendous and horrendous. We live in fear of over-development, road congestion, and a severe strain on all the infrastructure.

Already bottlenecks of traffic especially at the Reigate Road roundabout and thereon into Epsom, especially in the morning peak period. Loss of green space to a village that is one of the closest to London that at present retains some village atmosphere. Lack of support services; schools, doctors etc. any funding from Surrey Council should be diverted to the Kiln Lane link. Please let us preserve our communities and the pleasant places in which we live. In addition, these students will have cars, look already at the numbers of Glyn students who have cars and park in the village.

traffic congestion is already bad - particularly as this road is the main cut through when the m25 is closed. we also cant cope with the lack of medical and schooling already needed to meets local needs.
