Ewell roads are in horrendous condition, the worst in the country. Can you imagine the effect of even more traffic on this area and lack of green space this development would entail.

I strongly object to building on this green land. The area is already very busy and dangerous. What will happen to the animal husbandry site? Traffic and congestion will be more of a problem and social facilities will be over stretched and therefore inefficient.

I object to this proposed development as Reigate Road and the Ewell Bypass already suffer from very heavy traffic and congestion and this will just heighten the problem

The increase in demand on road usage, local emergency and health services and impact on greensapce will have a significant negative impact on the existing local residents, and also proposed residents.
