Fire that rude manager he’s a nut case and what if someone drunk that milk and got sick you’d have a lawsuit the manager should’ve been more than happy to resolve the issue respectfully and professionally

Customer service is the pillar that keeps a company strong and in business. When leadership shows little to no interest in servicing ALL customers with dignity, respect, and appreciation it is time to find another store to patronize. The people who work for you are a reflection of company values and mission, and this Manager failed! I have faith that you guys will handle this issue with dignity, and assure that another customer will not be treated in this manner.

There should always be professionalism in a place of work. Customers should be treated with respect since they are spending their hard earned money in your store.

Aldis manager was completely rude and disrespectful .we as a people will not tolerate disrespect. The product was old and mike brown does more than enough for our community other than take money from us . At least you can do is openly apologize and suspend the manager or better yet from re him and rehire another. He made you look bad and I have been shopping at this location for 15 years . This is not a good look
