Terrible Customer Service / Disrespect at Aldi in Neptune, NJ.

This manager is terrible, I also had a bad experience

Unacceptable customer service is inexcusable! Aldi is expected to have a great reputation for affordability and product standards! Milk that has been expired for 5 months and still on the shelf is bad management, and the actions taken by this manager should be handled with diligence! Not OK!

Terrible service very rude workers

I was disgusted when I heard how this man who serves his community was treated! Something must be done about this “manager”!

The male associate that was working this particular day MARCH 22,2018 ABOUT 3PM WAS SO RUDE TO THIS YOUNG MAN DIDNT ALLOW HIM TO SPEAK OR EXPLAIN HIM SELF AND AS THE CUSTOMER TOLD HIM HE BOUGHT TGIS EXPIRED MILK THAT MORNING YOUR ASSOCIATE SAID NO HE didn't AND SAID WHERE IS THE RECEIPT AS THE YOUNG MAN GAVE HIM THE RECEIPT YOUR ASSOCIATE DIDNT APOLIGIZE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND CONTINUED TO BE RUDE TO THE CUSTOMER THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER SEEN IN YOUR NEPTUNE STORE, I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN JUST BECAUSE OF HOW RUDE HE WAS TO SOMEONE WHONWAS TRYING TO EXPLAIN HE BOUGHT OUTDATED MILK FROM OCTOBER 2017 IN YOUR STORE ..SHAME ON HIM

i work in the customer service industry and this is completely unacceptable!

Location is always low on staff, unorganized and unprofessional. Grateful to have moved where there is a better location. However I’m highly disappointed. If I feel the consequences to this managers behavior r not harsh enough I will stop shopping with aldis all together

This young man who has issued this complaint is a stand up man in his community. He is kind, friendly and he disrespects NO ONE! He returned millk that that was 5 months expired... WITH HIS RECEIPT and was pretty much told he was a liar. Then he pointed out that that SAME spoiled milk was STILL sitting on the self! Your manager was the one who was disrespectful, very unprofessional and disparaging to a member of our community who happens to run a non-profit organization. Who also happens to be college educated and is an Educator at a local school. Please dismiss this very unprofessional manager who has no regard for people who shop local.

I haven't been in Aldi's in YEARS! They are disgusting! Especially the Neptune location! You definately need to check expiration dates! My suggestion if anyone comes across that issue, call the BOARD OF HEALTH DEPT!

This is totally unacceptable. I’m disappointed bc I shop there and considering going to other locations if this is not resolved.
