Удалось наладить контроль и преодолеть негативные последствия деятельности команды Куницына по разбазариванию земель Севастополя. Организовал работу по оцифровке карт находящихся в архивах ГУЗР.Дьяченко Валентин Николаевич Проложил новую кабельную сеть, что позволило значительно ускорить процесс обработки запросов граждан и выйти на нормативные сроки обработки документов граждан. На базе Севастопольского ГУЗР Госкомземом Украины проводился пилотный проект по реализации создания кадастровой системы Украины на базе ГИС технологий. После успешной реализации на территории Севастополя и двух других областей на территории Украины была успешно создана публичная кадастровая карта Украины на базе единой гео информационной системы. Дьяченко Валентин Николаевич Внедрил электронную систему обработки документооборота, каждый входящий и исходящий документ сканировался и заливался в систему, что привело к невозможности потери документов, сократилось время на обработку входящих документов.Дьяченко Валентин Николаевич Произвел оптимизацию документооборота. В рамках реализации программы по созданию единой ГИС Украины были полностью оцифрованы правоустанавливающие документы на землю Севастополя. Дьяченко Валентин Николаевич Был инициатором проведения инвентаризации земель города Севастополя. В 2013 году проведена инвентаризация земель трех районов Севастополя (Гагаринский, Ленинский, Балаклавский). Дьяченко Валентин Николаевич Активизировал работу по получению гражданами госактов на землю. Работа велась ежедневно. Только за период августа – сентября 2012 года было выдано более 4000 госактов. Dear County Board of supervisors. Please adopt this new floodplain ordinance. I live in Davis Creek and with the knowledge of what happenedwith Hurricane Camille, I feel it would be wise to take the Planning Commission' s recommendations. Respectfully, Marcia Gibbons

This is vital to the health, safety and future of Nelson County. Please invite the Department of Conservation & Recreation to come to Nelson County to give a public flood plain workshop. Thank you.

I lived through Camille and witnessed the Nelson county destruction first-hand. History has a way of repeating itself. I encourage you to support this ammendment.

I support the proposed amendments to the floodplain ordinance and encourage the Board of Supervisors to protect county residents.

Having owned a house where I had to purchase flood insurance, anything the county can do to lower premiums for citizens is essential. Please approve and adopt the proposed amendments to the Floodplain Ordinance.

Williams Creek has flood in the years we have lived here preventing exit on our road

It's not at all uncommon for Nelson Co. to have high water and floods. 4 years ago in an especially heavy rain my neighbors 6' culvert and bridge was washed out along Spruce Creek. It was a week before the water went down enough to restore the bridge and his road. ~ I believe you would be doing the citizens of Nelson a great and beneficial service to adopt this amendment. I live quite near the floodplain along Spruce Creek. A reduction in my floodplain insurance would be a welcome relief. ~ Thank you for your consideration. ~ Carolyn Fischer
