The cost to our precious land and community is too much. Dominions profit is it's only concern. Emminent domain should be use for the public benifit not and not private profit!!!

Please stop the madness - the pipeline will bring multiple safety risks for a project that wont benefit my family one bit. The flood ordinance should be updated regardless of the pipeline. For proof just come look at Mountain Rd after the next big rainfall.

In a county where flash floods are a regular hazard and more than 100 people have perished as a result, it seems very irresponsible not to put the best regulations in place to protect lives and property. Change is coming to Nelson County. Please be forward thinking rather than reactionary!

Our weather patterns are getting worse with stronger downpours and winds. We need to prepare ourselves to prevent damage and to assure the best assistance should natural disaster come our way.

Let us not forget August 19, 1969! Hurricane Camille brought devastation to this region, 160 people lost their lives! We must take into consideration the impact of mass clearing in these steep terrains! Please do not put my family in danger!

As a trained Hazmat first responder it is easy to see that running hazardous materials through this critical area is a disaster waiting to happen. A HUGE disaster. Please protect the County, its people and those forced to deal with the mess that would be created if restrictions aren't put in place. Thank you.
