Alien Covenant was in my opinion a wasted opportunity and failed as a sequel to Prometheus.

I really hope they can pull this off I been a fan of alien since I was a little kid and I been reading the books for a long time and I liked covenant. Granted it was a bit different. But I like the biology and die hard fan like us would love to see the story completed

Alien 3 effectively wrecked one of my favourite film series'. I would much prefer to see a true sequel to Aliens that undoes the damage that Alien 3 did, instead of another unnecessary prequel

I think the original script for Alien 3 should be done, make it happen. Stop screwing around with this amazing franchise.

Would rather see this made than any movie made by Ridley Scott.

The Alien prequels are not working for the fans it's just Fox's way to lure fans and newer generations to the theaters so the studio can make money off of them. Ridley Scott has lost the magic when he did Prometheus, and with Alien Covenant I don't know what he was doing there. The cast of Alien Covenant are such bad actors, sorry but that's just the way how I feel. Fox the fans want Alien 5 with Sigourney Weaver to return as Lt. Ripley one last time. Fox please revive Neill Blomkamp's Alien 5!!!

Please make this happen. Neil can put a fantastic spin on this series and make it what Ridley can not make it. We want brutal Xeno and Marine action

I was really looking forward to a fresh story and voice. I was highly disappointed to hear this had been put to the side for the covenant and sequels.
