Alien 5 was an amazing project with great promise for fans to FINALLY have a fitting end to the Alien legacy. The return of Hicks and Newt would be fantastic for younger fans such as myself to finally habe decent closure to these characters. There is no firector more fitting to sit in the chair than blombcamp. Through your films such as District 9, Eliseum, and Chappie you've shown a great tallent and work well with varying characters and arks, something the Alien films needs more of.

Ridley, please just leave it alone now..let someone else give the fans what they actually want - we wnat ripley - we want hicks - we want a bad ass epic story - alien covenant was OK but not worth all the hype - again a film where the trailer is better than the movie...

Alien 5 is not the movie we need, it's the movie we deserve.
We have been waiting for a proper sequel to Aliens for over twenty years, and Alien 5 would've been it.
I hope in world of prequels (Prometheus and Covenant) we could also get a sequel to Aliens that could also fit into the franchise and the current storyline.
Let's hope FOX listens and pays attention to this and reverses there stance on Alien 5.

It's heart breaking that Ridley Scott can ruin it for the rest of us!
