Get this movie made!
The Alien prequels so far have been terrible and just aren't in keeping with the franchise at all. I believe Neill Blomkamp has a far superior idea for his sequel, and I've always thought a direct sequel to Aliens, overwriting Alien 3 & Resurrection was the only way to go for the franchise.
MAKE IT HAPPEN!

I personally would like to thank Mr. Neill Blomkamp, you did an awesome job man, creating all of this amazing concept art for Alien 5. I know that you must have worked hard. I love your concept art, and I agree with you Alien 3 and Alien Resurrection did go off the rails and I am glad that this was going to ignore the last two films of the franchise. You were the only person who thought of the right story for the character of Lt. Ellen Ripley and I thought that was genius. Ripley and the Xenomorph will always be such classic characters in the original Alien franchise. Prometheus and Alien Covenant did not please the fans at all and I have this feeling that Prometheus 3 and 4 what ever there titles are going to be, I don't think the Alien prequels are going to live up to their standards. Again 20th Century Fox please revive Alien 5 this would be an awesome story, and it will please us fans.

Please, Mr. Blomkamp, give the heroes of Aliens a proper sendoff and make Alien3 a "Patrick Duffy Dream." Ripley, Newt, Hicks and Bishop (and Jonesy!) deserve a better film than the crap they've gotten!

As a fan of Prometheus i found Alien: Covenant very disappointing in comparison. Blomkamp's vision of Alien 5 however, looks and sounds very intriguing. It looks like a mix between Aliens, District 9 and Jurassic World. Plus it ignores the horrendous Alien 3 and Resurrection and AvP films. A far more interesting concept and a movie i would definitely pay to see!
